Payroll Consultant at Aspia in Örebro

We are currently looking for our next payroll consultant for our office in Örebro, who is driven by creating good and long-term customer relationships combined with professional and qualitative payroll work. Your Role

As a Payroll Consultant at Aspia, you will be responsible for several clients across various industries. In this role, you will need to manage the entire payroll process and have a willingness to delve into new areas. All to create a good service for our clients and ensure quality in your work. In this role, you will have many points of contact with both colleagues and clients, and you will be in tune with the market to offer the best service to both our existing and potentially new clients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing ongoing payroll work
  • Contact with client companies of a more complex nature regarding payroll issues
  • Managing time and travel files from pre-systems
  • Quality assurance of the payroll process based on the complexity of the assignment
  • Client responsibility

The work is primarily performed at our own office but may also involve work at the client’s location. However, we at Aspia offer the opportunity for hybrid work.

Your Profile

For the role of Payroll Consultant, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant education for the position
  • Experience in qualitative payroll work
  • Experience in interpreting laws and agreements
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Furthermore, we would like you to have previously worked in a service-oriented role and that you thrive when working closely with both clients and colleagues. You have knowledge of the Office suite, and it is an advantage if you have prior experience working in the payroll system FLEX. We also consider previous experience in the consulting industry as a merit.

Location: Örebro with the possibility of hybrid work.
